AssetNow NX Content Management Software Prices

• All prices are in USD $ per item (quantity 1).
• Upgrade from previous to current version, for example version 4 to version 5. Contact us for upgrade pricing from earlier versions. Upgrade price is for AssetNow NX software only.
• URL is the URL (domain name / IP address) used to access the AssetNow NX powered site. You can purchase additional URLs at any time.
• Publishers are users of the AssetNow NX publishing tools and have access to the content editor. You can purchase additional publisher licenses at any time. If you require more than 25 publishers contact sales for special pricing. There is no limit on the number of users other than publishers.
• All editions include free updates and free e-mail support for the version purchased.
• Prices include licenses for integrated 3rd party components and the XStandard editor.
• NX 25 and Enterprise licenses include 2 editor URLs. Additional editor URLs and publishers can be purchased as required.

Additional URLs

Price: USD $295 (per URL)

An additional URL allows access to an AssetNow NX powered web site from domain name/s or IP addresses in addition to the licensed URL. You can point URL/s to subsections of the main AssetNow NX site to create multiple sites using a single installation. Additional URLs may be purchased at any time.

The additional URL/s does not include additional URL/s for the XStandard editor. In most cases publishers will use a single URL through which they access the publishing tools and editor. If you do require additional XStandard editor URL licenses these are available for USD $125 per URL.

Additional Publishers

Price: USD $200 (per publisher)

Additional publishers allow you to add users with publishing permissions to access the XStandard XHTML editor. Additional Publisher licenses may be purchased at any time and added to your original ANX license. If you require more than 25 publishers contact us for special pricing.

Enterprise/Custom Licenses

Enterprise licensing provides a cost effective option for multiple installations within a single company or organization where the CMS is used by employees of company or organization. The enterprise license provides unlimited installs, unlimited site URLs, 250 publishers and 2 editor URLs. Additional publishers and editor URLs can be purchased.

Custom licenses are also available based on your required number of URLs, IP addresses, and deployment requirements.

Discounts

If you purchase additional AssetNow NX software you are eligible for a discount off single quantity list prices as shown above. The discount is calculated on your total purchases of any versions of AssetNow NX software, excluding Enterprise, using a sliding scale:

• Discounts apply to the purchase of AssetNow NX software only and exclude upgrades, additional URLs, additional publishers, and editor licenses.
• Discount does not apply to Enterprise licenses.

Examples

1. You purchased a single copy of AssetNow NX 5. At a later date you purchase a second copy of NX 10 bringing your total quantity to 2, so your second purchase is discounted by 10% and you pay $1,345.50 for the second copy.
2. Your first purchase is for 10 copies of AssetNow NX 5. You qualify immediately for 30% discount and pay $1046.50 per copy.

Education and Non-Profit Organizations

Registered non-profit and educational institutions qualify for a 20% discount off list prices when purchasing single copies of the software. When purchasing additional copies the standard discounts as listed above apply.

Resellers and Partners

A reseller is a web development company or individual consultant who develop and support AssetNow NX based sites for different clients.

Anyone can be an AssetNow Reseller - there is no minimum purchase requirement or annual membership fee. Simply purchase software and licenses for your clients and qualify for discounts as listed above.

Partners resell AssetNow and provide consultation, development and integration services, and training and support. They have proven capabilities in web project and AssetNow NX implementations. Partners have specific partnering agreements with us addressing issues such as exclusivity, support, custom development, reselling, sub-licensing, re-branding, and market specific pricing etc.

We are happy to discuss and put together a unique partnering agreement with suitable companies. Our primary interest is establishing an agreement that gives partners the flexibility to explore business opportunities and is profitable for both of us. If our partners are successful so are we.

Purchasing Process

For single item purchases you can use the "Buy Now" buttons above to purchase with payment via PayPal. PayPal accepts major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard and does not require you to be a member of PayPal. If you are a PayPal member you can also pay from your PayPal account.

For volume purchases e-mail sales@assetnow.com, or use our contact form, specifying the quantity and version/s you wish to purchase. We will send you confirmation of your order total and a payment link to PayPal.

When we receive confirmation of payment verification from PayPal we will send you an e-mail with access details to download the software you have purchased. We will also ask you to confirm the URL/s for your licenses and provide these. Temporary licenses can be issued as required for development/staging or if you have not yet decided on your final URL/s.

Final licenses cannot be changed or transferred to a different URL.

If you wish to use a purchase order (P/O) or payment method other than PayPal contact us at sales@assetnow.com including details of the quantity and product editions required.

Software Licenses

AssetNow software is licensed for use on a specific URL or IP address, and for a specified number of publishers using the AssetNow tools.

Every installation of the software requires two license files, one for AssetNow NX and one for the XStandard editor. Both license files are supplied with your purchase. Without the licenses AssetNow NX can only be accessed on a local development server using http://localhost and http://127.0.0.1.

Development Licenses

Customers may install a copy of the licensed software for development purposes. There is no additional license cost unless you require an editor URL license other than the licensed URL, http://localhost, or http://127.0.0.1 for your development server.

ISP/ASP/SaaS Solutions

AssetNow pricing and standard license does not apply to hosted or resold services provided by Internet Service Provider (ISP), Application Service Provider (ASP), Software as a Service (SaaS), and other bulk hosting solutions. Contact us if you wish to license AssetNow NX for these or other hosted solutions.

Source Code

All editions of AssetNow NX are provided with Adobe ColdFusion MX source code. There are no restrictions to editing or creating site content display templates, widgets, scripting, style sheets, and configuring the the content editor to suit your needs. Any other modifications of the source code must be in accordance with the Software License Agreement (PDF/25KB).

Localized Versions

AssetNow NX is i18n (internationalization) ready. All versions are supplied with English (US) localization bundles only. You can localize these bundle text files yourself using a text editor to translate bundles files into your required language.

Localized language versions are available via our regional partners where applicable. Localized version pricing may differ from the English version pricing based on provision of localized versions, support and services by our regional partners.
