Please use e-mail (or our contact form) as your primary method of contact for all support requests.

We provide personalized and efficient support and normally respond within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.

We prefer to use e-mail as our primary support communication method as it allows you to provide detailed information including attachments. The e-mail address you provide will only be used for correspondence directly related to your support request.

Support Requests

Please provide as much detailed information as you can to help us in identifying, replicating and solving any issues quickly. where applicable include the following type of information:

  • Operating system (type/version).
  • Application server (type/version).
  • Web server (type/version).
  • Web browser (type/version).
  • Screenshots (images) showing the problem and/or step-by-step details to assist us in trying to reproduce the problem.
  • Text from error messages and AssetNow error log file if available.

The more detailed and relevant information you can provide the better.

E-mail your request and information to support@assetnow.com typically we will respond within less than 24 hours.

AssetNow Customers

If you have a valid Maintenance subscription you are entitled to access resources from the customer extranet. Additional application and technical support information, product updates, patches, and new release previews are available from the customer extranet. If you do not have access please request a login account.
